What happens on the day?
From the door to the snack: what happens at the centre, according to the law and the press.
Do I need an appointment?
It depends on the centre: some take appointments by phone or online, others take walk-ins. There is no national booking system.
What happens before I give?
A medical check, required by law before every donation. The doctor decides whether you give today.
When are centres open?
Centres close at weekends and on Eid. There is no official list of opening hours: call before you go.
Is there a snack afterwards?
Yes. The Agency ordered donor snacks worth 7.9 to 9.6 million dirhams in 2026.
Can I give during Ramadan?
Yes: night drives run in mosques after Isha (about 20:00 to 23:00 or midnight), in 70 to 80 mosques in Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, with mobile buses in public squares.
Is giving anonymous?
Yes, according to the press. The patient does not know who gave, and Faraj never matches a donor with a patient.
The doctor at the centre decides whether you can give. This page sums up the press and the law; it is not medical advice.
